Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in the same condition in which they were received

We do not accept returns for used products.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.

Store Credit

We do not offer store credit or gift cards as part of the return process.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
